I can see what you are saying…but what about when it comes down to Break or DLR? Break is definitely top notch but DLR really lays down the funk with his tunes. Mighty duo when they are together but I look forward to new Break tunes but when it comes to money I buy more DLR tunes.

Mate isn't that @00:12:43 Super Sharp Shooter remix by T>I and D*Minds edited?? UPDATE: It's actually the last part of the track. I should have listened to it 1st :)
I booked Break for a gig in West Wales around 18 years ago and he smashed the granny out of it. Big up Break and Silent Witness for that mad night. Still going strong. Gwarn the Break 💪🏼🔥
People rant and rave about the GOATS like Andy C, Randall, Calibre, Bukem, Dillinja etc - and rightly so - but, for me, Break is up there with them. The way he straddles all their styles - in both production and live sets - blending melodic / grimy / dark / upbeat / heavy / liquid. He's such a f***ing boss
I dont know if you all notice that most of the tracks played during this set have produced by this man himself . He is a dam killa D&B hit maker producer ! Amazing skill as producer and DJ.🎼
met him in austria graz, was backstage and we had a chat. nicest dude ive ever met. same goes with spinback from TS. He then proceeded to sign my shirt during his set. will never forget probably haha!🙌
met break on the symmetry boat party at outlook 2018, really sound guy. i did fangirl a bit and told him i was a huge fan, he then proceeded to thank me and give me a big hug and chat about life stuff. That is something i will never forget! so just thought i’d input to confirm that he is indeed a very sound a chill guy 😊
I met him 3 times between 2009 and 2012 - Each time fanboyed out and he was the chillest guy about it. Charlie is genuinely one of the nicest guys in the scene - and also an absolute don when it comes to production and sound design. Truly deserving of his legend status!
mate exactly what happened when i met him at the end of the symmetry bristol event! two hugs off a man I have soooo much respect for. made an incredible event just that much sweeter
@@mrrayner7162 honestly, meeting him gave me a new found respect for the guy, even more so than i already had. it was like an other worldly experience man, one of the best sets ive ever seen, hearing dubs ive never heard before, meeting Break and MCAD. it happened 5 years ago and it still makes me smile haha! so surreal
It's mad the how you can really tell the difference between the older and new dj's without even having to see a picture of them, just listen to the way they mix and you can instantly tell. Not saying I prefer either one just noticing
I've been playing his music for over a decade. One of my favorite DJs and producers in drum and Bass. He came stateside a couple years ago and crushed it. Good on you break
Break is one of if not the best dnb producer out there ! It's hard to put it into words but you can always tell a tune that Break has graced with his magic. Absolute bad man
@@loganknollyou and I talked about this guy around the fire at a festival once.........anytime a floor starts to empty there's one producer guaranteed to fill it back up and that guy is break! ANY break track just fills the floor, it's crazy lol
As a DNB dj I can say without a doubt that whenever I see I dancefloor start to empty I throw on ANY break track and it fills right up.......real talk, no lie
Up there with Kara for my best 360 so far. Which is not to say they haven't all been amazing in different ways....but those two have lodged in the brain.
I play break tunes on my set that probably any other artist. He is keeping the real spirit if dnb alive which is critical amongst the current trend of cheesy mashup remixes everywhere
