I can imagine these two guys as a whole series of them like... playing different songs. And in the end they'd be like "Nah, Idk who's that other guy, we're just having fun"
hkmori, composer of the song in this vid, makes some incredible bangers theres the obvious sewerslvt the less obvios rory in early 20s "sorry about my face" MACHINE GIRL and Keygen Church i made a playlist purely for breakcore (loud breaking) and its public if you want something more convenient, tho the only reason im saying this is because im horrible with names and all the songs i listen to are there lol
The piano sample is from "Sakura Nagashi" by Hikaru Utada. In the song there's a line that says "Everybody finds love in the end", that maybe inspires the title "anyone can find love(except you)"
"you cannot physically do" i think you don't know what some drummers are capable of then. I'd rec you check out some of aarons' drum covers on RU-vid especially glozier & yoglez
I love this. The sorta wilting, dreamy, glitchy piano along with a sewing machine having a seizure. Like a peaceful, zenlike acceptance of tragedy with a side of heart attack and nervous breakdown. Where can I get more? Send recs pls
The Flashbulb has some great breakcore/IDM, his catalogue broadly goes from more breakcore to more ambient/electronic as you go from old to new, he's one of my favourite artists
Breakcore is a genre of music that has often been misunderstood and overlooked. However, upon closer examination, it becomes evident that breakcore is not only good but also a revolutionary and innovative genre that pushes the boundaries of electronic music. With its chaotic and intricate composition, breakcore challenges traditional musical norms, creating a unique and exhilarating listening experience. One of the most compelling aspects of breakcore is its ability to seamlessly blend and manipulate a wide range of musical genres. Often combining elements of hardcore techno, drum and bass, industrial, and even classical music, breakcore creates a fusion of sounds that is unparalleled. This genre transcends the limitations of traditional music classifications, allowing artists to experiment with unconventional combinations and push the limits of creativity. The result is a genre that constantly evolves and surprises its listeners. Breakcore is also characterized by its breakbeats and unconventional rhythmic structures. Drawing inspiration from jungle and drum and bass, breakcore artists layer complex and fast-paced rhythms that keep listeners on their toes. The unpredictable and ever-changing drum patterns create a sense of controlled chaos that is both exhilarating and captivating. This unique approach to rhythm sets breakcore apart from other electronic genres, making it a truly distinct and exciting musical experience. Furthermore, breakcore embodies a rebellious and anarchistic spirit that challenges societal norms and expectations. Through its distorted and harsh sounds, breakcore reflects the chaos and disarray of the modern world. It serves as a sonic embodiment of frustration, anger, and disillusionment, providing an outlet for artists and listeners to explore these emotions. In a society that often suppresses unconventional thoughts and emotions, breakcore offers a space for raw expression and catharsis. Moreover, breakcore is a genre that encourages experimentation and innovation. Its emphasis on pushing musical boundaries allows artists to explore new sounds and techniques. Breakcore artists often utilize glitchy and distorted effects, unconventional sampling, and intricate sound design to create complex sonic landscapes. This experimentation not only challenges the listener but also pushes the boundaries of what is possible within the realm of electronic music. In this way, breakcore serves as a breeding ground for innovation and a catalyst for the evolution of the entire music industry. Lastly, breakcore has a vibrant and passionate community that fosters creativity and collaboration. Through a network of underground labels, events, and online communities, breakcore enthusiasts come together to support and share their love for the genre. This sense of community creates a collaborative and nurturing environment where artists can flourish and listeners can explore new sounds. It is this sense of camaraderie and shared passion that has allowed breakcore to thrive despite its relatively niche appeal. In conclusion, breakcore is a genre that deserves recognition and appreciation. Its ability to blend genres, challenge norms, and encourage experimentation make it a truly revolutionary genre within the realm of electronic music. From its complex rhythms to its rebellious spirit, breakcore offers a unique and exhilarating listening experience. So, it is time to embrace breakcore and celebrate its contribution to the ever-evolving world of music.
Reminds me of that one time, my friend were playing some calming music on the piano, the drummer walked up and immediately turns it into somewhat a breakcore, cuz he couldn't do it that fast.
I get the feeling if you attempted to play anything other than a recording of breakcore you would tear a muscle or two 😂 no matter the experience before you quit.
Personally I feel like it's prob due to multiple reasons: • partially bc ppl are realizing that actual Y2K-era-to-2010 music wasn't jus generic hyperpop-esque material & it's gotten more ppl to explore dnb, house, jungle etc & then it lead to exploring more experimental rave music & EDM like breakcore • the tik tok eyebleeding-neon anime kids & the new gen scene kids who like loud edm found it, & made viral playlists. & everyone under that umbrella and more ig. that's jus what ive seen
I love breakcore and it is the best music for me. It is healing my broken soul by hitting the most specific patterns that is not replicateable by any other pop artist
As a drummer I can confirm that we - bang our heads on the toms - play the snare and cymbals on the bass drum - fling our arms in total might while still remaining fast - are able to play in reverse
