Breakdown of body mechanics in Rumba 

Fabulous. This is one of the best explanations of Cuban motion I've ever seen. Unfortunately a lot is missed due to the loose fitting, and solid colored garment she's wearing. Would love to see the same demonstration done with the instructor wearing light colored tights, black leotard and a thin white or light colored belt around her waist. Just my two cents worth.
