When they met and became friends ( in D4 first season) Ramzan was a kid (14/15) while she in early 20s ! And he called her chechi through that season. Then she did serials and then took and break and worked for a bit - when they met again they connected - but their relationship is sibling like I feel ! Dilsha loves him like a kid brother ( thats why she loves him and comes back to him even when he constantly pulls prank and makes jokes on her and he supports her and takes care of her, even though he makes fun of her )
