In a weird way it’s kinda cool to see Jay so “normal” after spending so much time watching Jay the competitor it’s cool to watch him in his non competition day to day…thanks for sharing

I love seeing jay at home , preparing his 82 grams of protein breakfast. Jay is greatest bodybuilder ever in my opinion not only cause of his placing at shows, but for for being a great person..

I just started watching Jay Walking...Your video about lifting burnout. At 68, female. I'm tired too. LOL I made some modifications mental and physical, and the pressure of the gym is less. My catahoula is a 90 lb. lap dog, hes so picky about food he will gently take all the little morsals of food he doesn't like first carry them across the room set them down, then go back and eat all the food he does like first and then goes back and eats what he doesn't like last
