I'm so excited to upload another Taco Tuesday recipe. Breakfast tacos are by far my favorite kind of tacos, and this is a quesadilla I crave ALL DAY LONG - usually between 7pm and 3am, actually. If you decide to make this at home, here's a list to help you with your grocery shopping that includes all the ingredients I used (most of which are from Trader Joe's):
Chicken Breast
Spinach, Fontina & Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage
Egg Whites
Feta Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Arugula and/or Spinach
Olive Oil
Brown Rice Tortillas
Tomatillo Salsa
Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
