Breakfast run for one to Soutpan

In this episode I take you on a breakfast run to a small town called Soutpan.
Soutpan is on the R700 roughly 50 km from Bloemfontein.
Directly translated Soutpan means salt pan, and the farmers "mine" the salt from the water beneath the salt pan using a very interesting evaporation process.
I also enjoyed a breakfast at the local coffee shop/restaurant in town, called Truksvy, which is prickly pear in English.
