Fry into a 20 cm pan. Reduce the temperature when frying. Fry for about 1-2 minutes. After flipping, finish frying by turning off the stove. This dish has 360 calories.

2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper (optional)
2 teaspoons water
A little carrot (cut into straws)
A slice of toasted bread
Butter (for spreading on bread)`
A piece butter (for frying)
Garlic leaves (for sprinkling)

Looks great! Just been having my omelets with egg substitutes now (Just Egg or gram flour or tofu) as I've learned all that choline increases Cancer risk and with my family history I can't take any chances. Thanks for sharing
