Early morning walk around the Concorde el Salam ,Main International Restaurant at Breakfast time. On the way around the dishes the Main Chef Mr Abdul Aziz came along with me , showing me and explaining the breakfast dishes. He told me that the menu changes daily.
After the recording I make my way back down the hill to my appartment to dump my heavy camera.
The amount of choice was not like my 5 star hotels in Turkey , as i think they have a far more choice to choose from.
