despite the member changes their music and sound is pretty consistent... Ben is also pretty comfortable with new line up...non the less their music is great..
What are you people talking about old???? Ben is not old he is 32, gonna be 33 this march! He is the most awesome guy and he is incredible and amazing for what he does and the way he does it! He is so cute and i'm so loving the little tummy haha :))) ♥
That might actually have something to do with Ben being the main songwriter for all the albums but especially for Dear agony because he pretty much wrote everything himself except for when he co-wrote a few tracks with Jason Rauch. The more someone is the dominant member of the band the more they control it like with Sting and The Police. I have major respect for Ben and I think he deserves to speak like that because after all it is his band.
Yes. The new album is actually more toned down then their usual stuff so I was glad to hear this song, not that this album isn't Epic too it's just different. Different can be good.

How come, when he's talking.... it's always me, and I, and I think there was a we ONCE, when he talked about going into the studio with familiar people. When he speaks like that... it just doesn't seem as much like a band as a one-man show.

For your info BB have already had a number of changes since their original formation so if that is right for the band then so be it. I don't understand how u can't see that Ben is the most important member and seeing as it's his band he can do whatever he likes within reason. What he's done is completely fair!

Breaking Benjamin is bigger than just Ben when Ben is the main songwriter (90% at least) and was the only member to write the songs on Dear agony?! Your opinion is your own.

Dude now you're just being persnickety! Every single band is bigger than just being that band as long as they have any fans. Those fans have bonds attachments not just with them but hugely when it comes to the music so that point isn't unique for this band at all. You do make music for yourself!! Ben himself has said that he makes music he likes and the fans just happen to have the same tastes as him. Sting has said he writes for himself, for his own amusement, so that's rubbish!

Dude that's what everyone is saying on the Internet from proper publications without any bias. Either you're on Ben's side because he's suing Aaron and Mark for $500,0000 and the band name or you're on Aaron and Mark's side who have been fired and want to keep the band name for themselves without Ben. I do know about it.
i know the press often shows things wrong. you have to somehow get what they are actually meaning on your won but thats a differetn topic. yes i do not belive in many things i cant see which has nothing to do with beeing close minded. i have just had alot of situations hat made me not belive in every thing im told. IMO this behind the scenes video shouldn't have been uploaded at all. Aaron, Mark & Chad all seem uncomfortable and disappointed in Ben's attitude it is so apparent lol.
Man Ben really has some pride issues. Every single interview it's always "me this, I'm the main song writer and singer, I prepared a lot that etc." we get it dude, you're the band. Give no credit whatsoever to your band mates. No wonder they disbanded...who'd wanna be on tour with a pompous frontman like that. Granted...songs are ligit.
A frontman with a pompous ego disbands a group more often then not. There are plenty of fronts who think of the band as a whole. They give credit and actually enjoy being on tour. Probably why they still have a band. So no you don't have to have an ego. That's just stupid talk.

Breaking Benjamin didn't disband, two of the members were fired for signing off on a remix of one of their old songs featuring a voice-over without Ben's permission, or even consulting him. Then the drummer eventually left of his own volition. Now the band has a new line up, with Ben being the only original member. And he IS the main musician. He writes the songs, sings them, and is the primary guitarist, so does he not deserve credit for that? How would you like working your ass off writing dozens of songs, singing them and playing lead guitar on stage for millions of demanding fans, not to mention the labels breathing down your neck, only to have your bandmates allow a shitty remix of a song you wrote, without even telling you? All the while suffering from multiple health issues? Sure he maybe could have handled it a little better but he is not an egomaniac. He's a down-to-earth, hard working musician who cares about his fans, otherwise he would have quit ages ago because he obviously has enough money to retire. But he doesn't, he keeps playing so ungrateful shits like you are happy.
You act as if the band members aren't there every single step of the way. They help record, sync, give suggestions, and make music with him. Watch all the interviews. He shuts the band-members out. So no, my opinion hasn't changed in the slightest
Spacenutz I have watched most of them, and he doesn't shut them out, they just usually don't seem to even want to be interviewed. I've seen an interview with just Aaron in it, and he's a quiet guy for the most part. Have you considered that maybe they just aren't that big on interviews or publicity? Not everyone in a band is, contrary to popular belief. Just because Ben is pretty much the only one who likes to be in the public eye doesn't mean the other band members couldn't have been, they just preferred not to. Besides, a frontman is called a 'frontman' for a reason.
