There isn't much fancy audio mixing tbh, just getting the right settings. For BB's rhythm sound (at least from the last two albums) you'll want to have a fairly scooped mid tone that's almost a little thin on its own (the bass does a lot of the work to beef up the overall sound). Also go easy on the distortion so it doesn't sound too muddy. The lead is almost always an overdriven tone with some chorus/delay for a lot of their songs and only really use a more distorted tone with some reverb/delay when they play solos. It's all about experimentation, even to this day I'm always playing around with the settings to try get even closer to the original tone (which is all through Amplitube btw, no real amps are used).
