These guys helped me through by far the worst time of my life. Losing my mother nearly destroyed me. Actually it did for awhile. But this godly music and my amazing girlfriend built me back up. Music is more than just music. It can actually save lives.

My oldest son passed away 6 years ago and when I was having a bad day this song came on the radio. I listened to it for an hour straight. My other children have saved my life but this song reached me on a really bad day where idk of my children would have been enough to stop what I wanted to do.

This is an emotional song for me. Because, it came on the radio, while I was recovering from a compression fracture in my lower back. I remember listening to it, and I felt something that really touched me when I wasn't to this song.

Breaking Benjamin has been my all time favorite band since i was 15. 15 years of the best music coming out is a testament to his talent and ability to bring out life situation in music that really speaks to a persons soul.

This band has figured out how to sing in a way that sounds so good that they really can't make a bad song. The way they (this may sound all old fashioned) harmonize their voices together, is so damn good. So far in MY opinion, Breaking Benjamin, the Foo Fighters and Ghost can't make a bad song, or at LEAST they can't make a song I don't LOVE. I MAY have left out a band here, BUT, these 3 are my favorites that I can recall right now.

If nobody has heard of Simon Says from the early 2000s, they nailed this genre. A little heavier, which is why they probably weren’t more known. BB treads that metal/nu metal sound with alternative/prog rock... but Ben’s melodies outweigh the screaming. Bravo on a stellar album start to finish.
