My 16 year old self would be glad to know that the hours and hours of listening to B.B albums in their entirety was something I never abandoned. I'm just fortunate now that I'm in my thirties driving an hour twice a day to work to and from work - I'm able to still do that only with more amazing songs. I Don't know what I would've done throughout my life without these guys helping me a long the way! I only hope that my 5 month old will find everything that I've found in them! Thanks for reading

this song is so touching because most times we find someone we love and their not what they seemed and in the end when the love dies out they hurt the other person I my self have been there and its never fun everyone will find at least one person like this before they find the one they will love for the rest of their life iv found mine I hope you all find your true love... trust me it may be hard to be lovers but its harder to be friends.

Breaking Benjamin is the kind of band you'd hear if you're drowning in an icy flood & you suddenly come at peace with your demise

I'm only 14, but I've been listening to Breaking Benjamin for as long as I can remember. Helped me get through some grieving times, well now that I think about it. It really didn't help much, that was just my excuse for listening to depressing music at the time. The truth is it made it harder to get over death, like my dad and uncle's😔

Without this Album I would of never made it through....like he read my soul.. all his songs rip me to the core and build me up again.

This is definitely one of their best songs, also their most haunting. If you pay close attention to the lyrics, it's almost like it's about someone fighting a battle with a disease that they can't win. Well, that's my take on it anyway.

The most underrated rock band music group ever in the era millineum early mid 2000 and their song have a good melodic elements of the style combination with alt-metal and alt-rock,hard rock and post grunge and sometime I think is a heavy metal song because they have a good frontmen lead vocal guitarist bands has a good voice of screamo vocal but not like great screaming vocal voice band like the others as Linkin Park,Bullet from my Valentine,Drowning Pool or else.He has great anger screamo,yelling screamo,growling screamo,loud screamo,short screamo.

Why do people always have to be so hateful? Breaking Benjamin is a fantastic band. Can't anyone share on their similar love for this band instead of ridicule and stab each other with words? Yes, this person made obvious mistakes; but that is exactly what they are, mistakes. No one is perfect. Not one person. :) And that is a great thing because if we were perfect, we would all be incredibly boring. If a person knows the lyrics why go crazy because of a couple of mistakes? Everyone makes them. I am not trying to start a virtual fight outbreak. I am just speaking my mind. But either way it goes, Breaking Benjamin will always be a favorite of mine. I am very impressed at their new album. After being away for a while and nothing has changed. Same great sound! Same great chills! I love you guys! Keep it up!

I interpret this as someone talking to their depression and self doubts, or rather a personification of them, and how they come and go. I myself struggle with on and off depression, one minute im on top of the world and have life by the balls, other times I feel like shit. My brain can't pick one over the other, so it chooses to swap between the two. And I listen to the lyrics and I feel like the person is trying their damndest to fight this negativity off, but they just keep coming back twice as hard.

I was half asleep when I listened to this last. I had a dream of a serial killer stalking his victims before strangling them and leaving their bodies. One victim was singing this as she died, staring at him with dying eyes as he stood over her lifeless body. Now this song will forever be about the victims of a serial killer in my mind.

The love of my life. The one I waited years for and prayed to find left me on new years day. We had such a strong love.. she was my best friend. And all I had in this world. So many beautiful memories. The best 4 years of life by far. I still cry everyday. I loved her with all of my heart and soul. She was everything to me..she grew distant our last couple months...Valentines day she told me she's been talking to someone else. And that she was falling for him. I pray she finds someone who will love her as much as I did and still do. I wish she knew how broken I am. But we don't talk anymore. It was my mistake loving her more than I do myself. There was a time she was so infatuated and deeply in love with me.. I begged her to stay..like she once did me, I never once imagined life without her. I don't want to live anymore.
