Honestly videos like this is one of the reasons fighters don’t bother fighting important fights. People always complaining and never satisfied. He’s passing on a medium fight to line up a big fight and gets labeled a duck! Make it make sense. Now if he fought morrell and lost, draws or gets injured the same channels will say he should have not fought.

Morrell needs a name on his resume. I know its not easy to get fights for him but 10 fights and no one can name any of his opponents. If I'm Benavidez management i wouldnt take that fight either. Morrell is a tough fight against a guy with no belt, no name and no fanbase. It just doesnt make good sense right now.

Benavidez was at 168lb division for twice as long as canelo and ducked everyone that canelo fought to unifie all the belts and become undisputed at that weight class. Canelo also fought two champions way bigger than canelo at 175lbs. Benavidez backed out of his contract with Morrell after they had agreed to fight per his p Manager.
