@@1Jeritook well for me it took 2 months because I’m still going thru puberty so I still get some acne but for the most part my face is always clear and if I do get pimples on my body they’re usually really small
To anyone suffering with acne, there is hope at the end of the tunnel! I was in a bad place in my teens (I'm 31 now) with horrible cystic acne due to hormonal changes, but I was able to get it together with working with professionals. Stay strong and make sure you seek a professional, because trying to get rid of it on your own may not work and can become extremely discouraging. Everyone's genetics plays a role which causes treatment to not be a one-size-fits-all, so what works for one person may not work for another. Also if you come across a dermatologist or something similar and they're not able to help you, seek another one until you find the perfect fit. 💕💕
I have lots of body acne, thanks for the information! I usually don't care about my self esteem but this could really affect the way I view myself sometimes leading me to scraping and making it worse
⚠️STOP SCROLLING! READ THIS ⚠️ this has to be the most simplest routine that has gotten rid of my body and chest acne! Do this for 2 weeks. And continue this routine as much as possible. 1. Shower-Luke warm water, use CeraVe smoothing cleanser onto back and chest, rub gently. (Use once a day in the shower). 2. Change your bedding! All your bacteria is on your bed, making your body acne even worse. Don’t do that, and clean them. 3. Don’t wear shirts more than twice. 4. Stay the hell away from fragrance body wash! Only use fragrance free- or as I stated earlier, CeraVe. Don’t expect quick results! Trust me on this!. It will take a few weeks depending on how severe your body acne is!
When I was in 6th grade, I was super dirty always. I never washed me face, out on deodorant or washed my body. And I really wished I understood that actions have consequences
I went to a lot of dermatologist and some say it's acne some say is not . I get more acne spots when I'm warm . What did help me to get rid of it for a while is being at the beach with the salt water and the sun and I get clean while there and when I'm back I start to get them again . I never had acne on my face and struggle with that for more that 10 years . Some people even thought that the spots I have is skin cancer . I actually don't know what to get because I tried almost every product in 4 countries that I lived in already . Now I found Japanese acne products that are for the back . I hope it will help or at least find something that will help . I even thought to go to a Chinese doctor to get some herbal tea that may or may not help
I've reached a point where I'm no longer willing to watch the video if the people in the comments section are still asking questions 😂. No answers you don't get paid.
@@shanny3847 I already tried doing that it didn't really work but I don't think I am going to have a quinceanera I think I just want money for my 15 I will just wait for my sweet 16
I use neutrogena salicylic acid body wash. Theres a regular one thats not scented if you dont like fragrance, the same thing but its a scrub, and a grapefruit scented one. Theyre all the same just gives you some options. My sister cleared her body acne using it and its been helping me clear mine. Of course not all products work for everyone but its pretty cheap and you can easily find it at your local grocery store or online. I hope this product works for you and any others who choose to use it. :))
I went looking for the spray, $50+ on Amazon! (Canada) I will look into just buying the cleanser and putting it in a spray bottle. Great tips! Thank you Dr Lee.
Ive been dealing acne since i was in 2nd grade so thats pretty small…but i dtarted to develop body acne was in the 6th grade and i hated it bc i had to change in front of everyone so i try to hide myself…still struggling with acne. Any tips? It will be truly appreciate:)
Hiya, Doctor Lee! ❤️ I’ve been battling treatment resistant body acne and I’m genuinely losing hope. I have used everything OTC imaginable and am currently using Ziana with very inconsistent/temporary results. It’s just awful. :(
Have you seen a dermatologist? I highly recommend going to a professional. You may need to go as far as to see a hormone specialist to check if your hormone levels are off, because a lot of times for men and women hormonal issues can cause acne as well. Good luck to you and stay strong 💪🏾
@@dreamofTARA I do have a dermatologist now, and have been on Accutane for about six months. I will admit there has been a few complications, such as secondary skin infections. I have not seen the doctor for any hormone irregularities But I really appreciate the suggestion. Even though I’m only 28, there’s no telling.
I tried everything to clear my body acne but the only thing that worked was accutane. I just wish I hadn't wasted so much time on other treatments and just went straight to accutane
@@ioana5300 I would not recommend it. It will cause a lot of irritation and redness. But if you feel your skin really needs it or is very flaky do not use scrubs but liquid version's like mandelic acid 5% prep water or low level salicylic acid once a week.
I REALLY HATE HOW MEDICAL DOCTORS ARE ONLY TECHNICALLY TRAINED AND RESORT TO MEDICINE VS FOCUSING ON DIET AND WHAT CAUSES SOME PEOPLES PORES TO CLOG AND INFLAME MORE THAN OTHERS. I KNOW TONS OF PEOPLE WITH POOR HYGIENE WHO WHERE DIRTY CLOTHES AND HAVE BEAUTIFUL CLEAR SKIN. TIRED OF THE SAME OLE RECYCLED ADVICE!!!
Yeah same I know people who don’t have great hygiene and their skin has not even one pimple whereas I always have good hygiene and get tonnes of backne, it’s honestly frustrating
@@softasmr8823 yes, I believe sugar and dairy play a big role in my own personal body acne. Both can cause hormone imbalances which affects the oil glands in the skin.
laser treatment is mostly used for hyperpigmentation or scars, but its only effective when used right like by dermatologist or a licensed esthetician. It‘s actually a very good and effective procedure, but its not for active acne.
@@redpillforreal3053 Well in theory if someone has genes like that it doesn't usually cause actual harm to the person. So the person can pass it on without it having an actual purpose.
