Bro I had a dream Paul rabil was at my house and my parents let him in and we started playing and there were like lax gloves everywhere and he said good deal every ten seconds .
I love how you are still making content during this tough time. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤩🤩🤩(You are also my favorite lacrosse player of all time) Edit: Please do a 2020 weapon of choice 🙏🏻👍🏻
I am currently a high-school lacrosse player. Long pole. I injured my shoulder(dislocation) and cannot play. Can you please show us some of the defense plays? If you have any.
Hey Paul, love this series especially during this time. Players (including myself) can learn so much from this. Also, is there any certain type of tape you use for your butt end tape job? I can’t seem to get it right
Great content. This type of analysis is very helpful for players and coaches. Hope you'll consider expanding the series to include other players and positions.
idk why but you broke it down so well i could understand it with ease and now i kinda am thinking about how where you are when you dont have the ball is so important and how i really need to pay attention to where i am without the ball
3:25 all you else you said is irrelevant, slide didn't come soon enough and that's why you had the shot. Also gotta give you credit though for being able to shoot and score from that far out without a bounceer
I went to the lax camp in Denison where you came and shot around for us a little, talking about your elbow height and shit ahhahahaha. You have come far since then that, must have been 10 years ago. I'm just playing club now lax now for my college and that's all I want, the camaraderie from my boys and to be able to rip top cheddar a couple times each practice/game. I'll literally stay after practice just to rip some corners (Paul Rabil responds with...: I'll literally stay after practice....no matter what...every day...every practice....and have a longer, harder more beneficial practice by myself for twice the amount of time, oh ya every time), and shoot corners until my shoulders are worn out if I didn't get to "get it out (ripping twine)" during practice. I love lacrosse don't respond to this because you'll look like a fool since I made such a long error filled comment
That was really good; I have been a player that has worked on stick skills and shooting, but have struggled with Lacrosse IQ. How have you gained your IQ over time?
Paul, haven’t watched a lot of your videos so far. But these two episodes really show a lot of the little mechanics that make PLL and lacrosse in general a very difficult game. Would love to see you try and do a full game commentary and break down other positions as well. You do a very good job dissecting the psychology of the keeper and that isn’t always the easiest for field players!
I just feel bad for all the seniors who’s seasons started and most likely cancelled because if some weren’t recognized by scouts the may not get scholarships which would suck!
Hey Paul! I absolutely love this series but if I have one suggestion to make it even better than it already is, would to have some type of music in the background. For me that holds my attention just a little bit more and I think that will make this series more engaging. Keep up this series! As a coach and player of the game, this series is extremely helpful to myself as a player and helps me with different techniques when it comes to coaching.
Maybe a vid about team defense? You can definitely read a defense really well so it’d be cool to see you break down when a team is playing good defense as a unit and the decisions each guy makes the way you do offense
Love this series. I think it would be dope if you broke down shot decisions based on goalies position/movement and how in game you are able to assess that choice.
