Is there really that big of a difference from regular monohydrate? If there is, Do you think it’s actually worth buying this product and spending the extra money
Just make sure the Mono is micronized. That gives you 200 mesh rating which means it will absorb quickly and not sit in your stomach. That is why people complain about bloating and stomach discomfort with Creatine. They were probably just using a cheap monohydrate at like 100 mesh.
