Bud pulled out of negotiations with Spence the first time to fight avenesian to take a tune up, tank was in negotiations with Loma he pulled out, Shakur went to sign with Eddie Hearn who said tank wasn’t in the plans for his first 2 fights with matchroom.

They are afraid of Tank. Told yall when Tank is free, all of a sudden, No one wants to fight Tank. Soon as he has a fight lined up, they try to call Tank out.
