I keep telling my family and friends back home the same thing over and over. During the Covid pandemic then I learned that the federal government workers in USA were less than 3 million of population of about 350 million. I told them that government doesn’t create jobs is individuals who create jobs so Ghanaians should stop collapsing people’s jobs, otherwise a lot of people will be unemployed.

Some Ghanaians are always blaming police and giving so called "no jobs" in the country flimsy excuses for engaging in crap, forgetting that fighting crime is a collective responsibility of all Ghanaians. How many Ghanaians even report crimes they see to the police especially if it involves their family members. Greed, hypocrisy, and not asking relevant questions/doing due diligence are what is driving all these crimes! "See something, say something" is one of the best tool for fighting crime in today's world.
