A good breakdown of everything provided but honestly I’m happy with Levy as long as, and this is the conditional, he stays well away from the football stuff and lets others manage that, whilst he generates as much income as he can for the club. He’s a great business man and has us operating well off field.

When you work on something that only has the capacity to make you 5 dollars, it does not matter how much harder you work - the most you will make is 5 dollars...

Eze has been on my radar for the last 3/4 seasons, when we could have bought him for about £15 / £20 million, but all my friends laughed at me, but now Spurs will have to pay about £60 million. What are our scouts doing, anybody can say buy any of the top 6 forwards but they would cost £60 to £100 million and we all know Spurs would not spend that sort of money.. We've needed another striker for at least 3 seasons before Kane left and even more so since he left, and to think just 1 win ( 3 points ) would have got us into the Champions league. So its possible the money we would have spent on a forward would be recouped from the gates from the games in the Champions league.

If you want to get into multi club ownership why not buy clubs in Brazil, Argentina, South Korea and Japan. Great suppliers of young talent and not crossing with European Competition COYS

If I were to hazard to guess, I think that the reason Spurs keep probing potential investors is that Joe Lewis is in his 90s, is in legal trouble and there has to be some pathway forward on his exit from club ownership/ ENiC’s exit from club ownership eventually. Usually minority stakeholders are the ones with right of first refusal on these transactions when shares come up for sale. It’s also establishing the market value of the club currently to take on an additional owner at this point. That establishment helps determine the value of the club overall.

Personal opinion, think Levy’s preference would be to sell the club due to Uncle Joey’s troubles, but maintain his position as a CEO/major shareholder. The position Spurs are in is better than Everton or even Man Utd where the investment is not desperately needed to comply with FFP/PSR. As much as we all slag off Levy, he tries to squeeze as much blood out of a stone to better meant of the club with means he could Potentially hold out for £4-5B

MSP Capital is a US mirror version of ENIC in the way they prioritise growth and investment value. That, imo, is not necessarily a negative, especially in the new era of profitability and sustainability that is about to hit top-tier football clubs. Don't get me wrong, I'm not 501s greatest fan, but what ENIC has developed over the last few years - world-class stadium and training facilities - has helped boost the clubs income dramatically and, in turn, put the club in the global shop window (NFL, as an example) that will more than help Spurs sit at the top table of clubs with sustainable financial muscle. Therefore, it makes a lot of sense to team up with a serious US financial investment group who can develop the Spurs brand in North America and, no doubt, have one big eye on developing a Tottenham based NFL team. Whether we like it or not, football, as we used to know it is dead. It's now a numbers game, and for once, Spurs has a jump start on many of our nearest and dearest rivals. When it comes to investment in the club, I trust the astute Levy to pick the right bed fellow #COYS

I would hope that IF Daniel Levy is open to another major investor buying into the club, that he would be absolutely certain in his own mind, that that investor was fully competent and fully able to offer something ENIC are either unwilling or unable to offer themselves, to the club and especially to THE TEAM, which is what all of us fans want at the end of the day. I appreciate your analysis Sean, but we fans are not all high level accountants, technically astute from a business or economics aspect. I have real concerns that this will end up with another party having to aggree with the previous in order to make any financial moves . If one party dosnt want to cut into their profits in order to finance a big move for a player for instance then surly this will have a detrimental effect on the club. Too many cooks in the kitchen.

After the failure of the European Super League, big clubs are now looking at creating a genuine World Club Cup, with multiple teams entering, which could dwarf the World Cup in terms of sponsorship deals/revenue, particularly with the Saudi.... Maybe DL doesn't want to get out all together, but wishes to either protect the investment, by getting other parties to inject cash into the club, or transfer the football operations to someone else so that ENIC can pursue other investment opportunities.

I’m an old Spurs fan who was lucky enough to see them win 3 cups in as many years in the early 80s.I thought this would be the norm.We’ve never had continued success since then but I think Ange can be successful if Levy opens his wallet like last year again.COYS.

Their portfolio of other investments does not fill me with much enthusiasm tbh.

Will Levy/Enic is at the club with any sort of power, success on the football pitch will never be a thing at Tottenham Hotspur, its all pointless as football fan, but interesting to those interested in business and generating profit/portfolios.... the only thing anyone would buy or buy into at Tottenham is the business unfortunately, no one has any interest in being successful on the pitch. The club is just a money spinner for the few.
