Absolutely hated Matt Rogers as a player. Probably because he played for the wallabies and was a good player but damn he’s such a good bloke man he really adds to the show.

Allegedly Wayne Bennett turned Parra down. If Parra then waited until Wayne officially signed with Souths, they would look like losers in the whole affair. So the timing gives Parra a veneer of acting proactively rather than looking like a reactive loser. That’s my guess.
Good riddance Brad. He single handily destroyed the eels club from within. They could have won 2 premierships along side the panthers and going for 3 if he had picked the right juniors!!! Mate as a tigers fan who has seen club turmoil at its worst outside looking in your players need a kick up the ass to the last 6 years yes BA could of done other things but most of it is your playing group they are the ones who play the 80 minutes and they are the ones that keep letting you down I can think of a lot of players that need to be dropped for a couple of games for an attitude adjustment but typical rugby league blame it all on the coach
