They need to have a nationwide investigations on all the Privatized Prisons, juvenile detentions, and foster homes. it's so sad that 1000's upon thousands are brutalized ,R--ed and Klld ,in these Prisons and never make it back home !

My Son Is In Prison In Edgefield Federal Prison That Prison Is Inhumane And The Officers Are The Worst People They Treat Those Men Like Sooooo Bad and And Do Anything To Put Them In The SHU !!! Keep Them On Lock Down They're Not Trying To Rehabilitate Those Men Because It's About The Money That They Make Off The Men. 3 Or 4 Men Have Been Killed In Edgefield Federal Prison In South Carolina. 2 Men Just This Year. I want to know who do you file a complaint to?

This disgusting state of affairs also affects the whole system of justice. Many people are charged & then incarcerated for long periods before trial, without representation. The awfulness of their situation leads them to be vulnerable to accept plea deals instead of fighting charges - having their day in court. Look at the YSL case going on at the moment - it’s tragic & wrong
