Employment attorney here. Bravo made the right decision to terminate their relationship with Kenya. Kenya's conduct of posting sexual images of her castmate is illegal especially since Bravolebs have a "me too" clause in their contract. She is fired. That is why she is looking at legal options. The whole concept of "leaving the door open" is nonsense. In the entertainment business, out of sight equates to out of mind. The only exception are the ones who leave a Bravo show and still keep working for the network (for example Lisa Vanderpump, Porsha, Vicky G, Cynthia, Kim Z, etc). You have to keep working for the network so you are in sight and KNOW when it is time for you to leave.

A threat is not legal justification for what Kenya did. IF Eady made the threat it was just talk. People are allowed to talk and make idle threats. I remember Nene saying on camera to Kim she would break her neck and pop her eye balls out. That does not mean Nene would really do that though nor is it illegal for Nene to say that. What Kenya did was illegal and a liability for her employer.

Kandi is a hypocrite, Kenya needs to take a break and they will probably let her make her own statement when they give her the boot. She has such a deep rooted hatred for women and I'm guessing it comes from her mom. It's like if she feels rejected then she turns. Her daughter is going to see this one day smh. The Bravo producers seem to be little demons REALLY thirsty, manipulative, and ruthless for a steady paycheck and recognition from Bravo executives at the expense of integrity and real people's lives and character. How Brandi Glanville described it sounds like it hit the nail on the head. They create the villains and then destroy their lives. I am so happy Kenya showed 'em she don't need 'em. She has always been one of favorites Housewives because the girl is SMART!!!!! Kenya, Mariah Huq, Bethenny Frankel, Karen Huger, Erika Jayne, Ashely Darby, Monique Samuels, and Kandi seem to control how they ALLOW the producers to use them. They flip it to work for them and they have their boundaries! They aren't afraid to pushback on the powers-that-be. I respect that.

Reality TV is not, NOT a regular work environment. Housewives repeatedly crosses the line, we have lost respect for one another. We can no longer disagree. There is a breakdown in how we speak to one another and it’s old. No JOB is worth being humiliated

Kenya has always been like this, we'll never forget how she kept flirting with Phaedra's husband on the show multiple times, even after the cast told her it was not ok. I haven’t watched RHOATL in YEARS! This is the most interesting thing they have going on for the new season, so letting go of Kenya just adds to the ratings. Firing her is not a negative thing. Kenya was being super messy, per usual, and being the mean girl she is at heart. With all her antics, this was inevitable. And I actually like Kenya, but she has issues.

Kenya went too far but I also think someone should have stopped her. Her producer didn't know what she was going to do and should have been like no ma'am we're not doing that. Production. Who was there at the event should have been like nope. Take it down. Like where will the stop gaps to stop something like this from happening and then bring everybody to the table and be like we need to have this memo back out again. All of you need to read this very carefully. We are not doing this or anything of the sort.
