I don’t understand why people are only interested in Edwards when we have what sure looks like (to me at least) an NFL running back who is RJr. Edwards is a S.O.. Although maybe Giddens is gone after this year. 40 time is going to be huge for him

Don't forget guys like DJ Giddens & the K-State development & work ethic. A lot of these elite programs that attract 4+ & 5 stars get high on themselves...and flop. The complement of those who bring high stars and those who work for it in college is the heart of an open-admissions/land grant university!

That’s a pretty subjective statement those that recruit at the top of college football consistently and have half their roster as blue chip prospects are the ones winning national championships. If the “K-state development & work ethic” as you say was mantra then Kansas State would be power house. Even with linkon cure we’re still not a top 40 class. Yes, cure is a get bit the rest of this class isn’t really all that well.

As a KU fan congrats on getting this kid. I think he would’ve fit better in Leipold’s offense but I’m just glad he stayed in state.

Yeah, don’t want to hear any more about little Goodland and 3A football and somehow like Western Kansas is some dead spot for football. Hell man, he lit it up in the 7 on 7 and elite camps all over the country. Should he not be a little raw…he’s a junior in high school dudes. It’s not where you come from….it’s where you’re going! This guy is legit! But more importantly, an incredible young man of character.

Chill, Isaiah Loudermilk played at West Elk in Howard, KS playing 8 man football and is now playing for the Steelers. Point is there are outliers everywhere and 3-2-1A KS football is no hot bed for P4 recruiting. That’s coming from a guy who played 3A ball in high school.
