BREAKING NEWS: Bubba Wallace fined $50,000 for post race contact with Alex Bowman 

The only reason I think Bubba was fined being that Bowman's net was down and the driver's side of Bowman car hit the wall due to the contact from Bubba. Chase wasn't fined because while he sideswiped Suarez, Chase never forced Daniel Suarez (his net was still up at the moment) into the wall. Suarez didn't drop his net until after Chase hit him. "Friskynixon" has a video showing Suarez's in-car camera. I think NASCAR got it right...this time.

That's exactly why NASCAR should have been digging into Denny Hamlin's wallet deep back when it happened. All of them. When the checkers fly, you take your beef to pit road. Bubba gets uber pissed at someone sliding into him on wet pavement and does that? His next FUBAR should get him suspended. Chase Elliot has cause to wall Hamlin at every opportunity, but Denny isn't the sociopath lunatic. Neither is Chase, or MTJ. We all know who it is. Based on his history, he got off cheap. MJ will pay it from petty cash in his pocket.

You don't get it.. NASCAR is trying to get back to adhering to the rules and levy penalties for infractions especially when safety and possible injury is involved..It's about time they did this to show that they are monitoring events during a race and reacting to infractions relative to the NASCAR rules book. Bubba should also have been suspended 1 race and points taken away. Bubba has consistently displayed his careless and reckless driving style which in many cases has caused accidents on the track. His uncontrolled temperament , uncontrolled emotions and reactions shows his immature irresponsibility . Michael Jordan should be looking for a replacement driver ASAP.
