I’m not even upset, actually grateful for what he accomplished. Wish him all the best. He did everything and more for Michigan. He brought the program back from mediocrity to a winner and brought home a National Championship, the ultimate prize. All I can say is thank you Coach Harbaugh 🙏 Good luck back in the NFL. Amazing that they are talking about a QB with a 5,000-yard season under his belt as well as one of the best rookie seasons ever as severely underachieving. I guess his underachieving is still top 5-10 QB level.

Hopefully he can make them an actual contender instead of pretender. I am a lifelong Viking fan and can't help but wonder what would have happened if we had signed him when we were looking for a new coach.

Probably going to get worse for Chargers fans before it gets better. Their cap situation is not good, they're going to have to shed some of that, cut some vets and then it'll get better. With Harbaugh though they'll be able to draft well and make the most of what they have, so maybe the mini rebuild won't be so bad. Yeah Staley wasted that great window they had with that roster and Hebert's rookie contract.

As a Buckeye fan and Columbus native, I'm disappointed we don't get another chance to beat him with Michigan. But he goes out a winner. Best of luck to him. He's earned it. I just want the Buckeyes to bounce back and beat TTUN next year. Regardless of who's coaching.

How has Herbert "under performed" when he has statistically the best start to a QB's career with all of the records he has broken? His personal performance was never the issue. The guy was keeping us in so many games, has 13 GWD and 10 4th quarter comebacks. He is the reason Staley was employed for as long as he was. I'm glad he finally gets a real coach who can maximize on his potential and finally start winning the games Herbert kept us in the past 4 years.

Same AFC conference so Harbaugh brothers won’t be squaring off against each other in SuperBowl contest ! Previous SB record in which brothers were involved is safe !

Jim will always be a Michman and we thank him for all that he's done,and folks Mich football will be just fine and is in good hands.

Chargers are going to own the AFC West- just watch. Ian Rapport and most of the NFL media did a hell of a job selling AP to the Raiders in coercion with Maxx Crosby.

I still hate that it is "Los Angeles" in front of "Chargers", but with this move, which I didn't expect to actually happen, finally has me fully onboard since they dropped Rivers and just 3 days later made 3 big moves to get pass blocking O-Linemen for the first time in 20+ years, almost like a "screw you Rivers, we won't try and protect you ever, but will do it for someone who we don't know is our QB yet." Been watching with a little bitterness ever since. But, with this, I'm all in again. Born and raised on SD as a Charger fan since 89, not missing a single play since, I'm happy to finally feel fully invested in Chargers again. It's felt weird watching NFL the last few years, without that invested feeling in the Chargers.

I have a major suggestion for the NFL during the draft in Detroit. Harbaugh has said that 20 wolverines will be drafted to break the single program record set by Georgia. Lions fans will be demanding that Holmes drafts their championship wolverines, with Harbaugh drafting wolverines. They can promote a draft duel in Detroit with Harbaugh drafting offensive and Holmes drafting defense to see who wins by drafting the most Wolverines.
