BREAKING NEWS: DeSantis Signs Bill To Ban Lab Grown Meat From Florida

One thing for certain, we feel protected from the awful Byedone regime, and all the nefarious things they're trying to do to Americans. He's recently suing them because of Title IX and has vowed that "Florida will NOT COMPLY", to allowing boys in girls bathrooms or locker rooms, and no boys play on girl's team sports. Byedone has tried to make a "rule" change for these things, which is total BS. How Byedone is allowed to even do this, is beyond me. Its outrageous, but DeSantis doesn't miss a thing and acts IMMEDIATELY against these criminals in the white house.

Also, I'm from Illinois, but I moved to Florida decades ago in my twenties, but I can tell you, there is a place for everyone in Florida. There are small towns to big cities, beaches or inland properties, just pop on the internet and put in your desires, and also make sure if you want to live in a "red" area, check out voting maps to see how that county voted. Personally, I would stay away from the East coast from Palm Beach down to Miami, just too liberal for me, like South Beach, a giant gay community. Most midwesterners live on the West coast, or Gulf side, all the way from Madeira Beach down to Naples, Marco Island if you have the big bucks, lol. I personally like the town of Venice, its a real town, not a shopping mall, lol, but I've been in the Ft. Myers area for a long time. Its nice, but If I was young again, I'd start around Venice for that home feel. Of course there are retirement places all over, anything from soup to nuts. Just watch out for HOA fees in any community, they can be high, and raised by percentages each year. So, research, research, its all there! Good luck!

@@margilynn7157 One thing Floridians do not want are more West Coast or Northeast liberals, they see them as entitled traitors. I live 90 min from FL beaches, visit several times a year and this sentiment is becoming more obvious. Same is true on Panhandle beaches.

Lab grown meat can be grown without anitibiotics, animal hormones, pesticides used to grow animal feed grains, diseases spread between animals at the farm, or massive amounts of greenhouse gas emissions. Lab grown meat is actually infinitely safer. "Lab grown" is being used as a scary label by republicans to control you. "Lab grown" should be far less scary to you than the government subsidized/controlled meat industry.

If it was for health, we'd be like the EU with banning high degrees of sugar in food that put huge costs through obesity and diabetes that we ultimately have to pay for in taxes. But wait, americans hate such policies.

@@margilynn7157 I worked in grocery industry for 25 years and learned things about lab made meat, that it picks up mutations and infections, including cancer, it is an organism with no immune system, also it is not vegetarian. Lab meat costs about $20 a lb. or more. Humans are omnivores and meat is needed for optimal health. Vegetarian and vegan diets require you to eat more to get the right nutrients.

Real meat also has mutations and can be infected so whats your point? So called lab grown meat can be used for other things like tissue graphs, regrowing organs for replacement, research and animal free testing, and medicine production. Banning technology like lab grown meat is just dumb.

It's where you take meat cells from an animal, and put them in an environement where they can multiply and grow into a full serving of meat. It doesn't require killing animals, destroying the environment, using antibiotics or pesticides, etc. Let's stop being scared by science just because it sounds weird and icky.

I would never endorse limiting freedoms. Wake up. Be a patriot.
