GREAt question They Both hold the same equities in them but the VOO has a much cheaper Expense factor so that would be my Choice if choosing between the 2

Would you suggest speaking with more than one loan officer before making a decision on one to go with? I spoke with a local loan officer last week and I feel like she’s telling me some opposite information that I’ve learned from your videos. Makes me feel a little uneasy moving forward.

What’s your thought! Currently locked for 7.25 interest in Texas. Do I need to wait till end of this year or go ahead and refinance. I got a quote at 5.25 for 20 year.

FLOAT the rate as long as you can with your lender. All mtg. rates will decline from now until at least mid 2025. Do NOT worry about this guy's DAILY update at all. Just check every couple weeks and you will see what I am (and every mortgage professional) is saying.
