no, krause just helped glanville get away with his crimes and she fucked the ysl defense. you just don't understand the law so you think something good happened when the opposite is true

It's amazing how easy it is to manipulate the American public. People are celebrating this recusal because they don't understand that Glanville won this fight. Glanville was not recused for any allegations steel made. When Glanville forwarded the recusal motion to another judge, he intentionally made a technical violation that was grounds for recusal. That gave Krause the ability to recuse Glanville for that technical violation without even considering any of the allegations made by Steele. So Steele's allegations didn't see the light of day in Krauses court. Glanville still remains in charge of that courthouse, he has successfully prevented Steele from appealing to any higher court, and he had been recused in a way that weakens Steele's argument for a mistrial since judge Krause said in her motion that Glanville presided over the trial fairly. This is a big L for steel.
