SENATE, SENATE..... You have acted irregulary. Kawira will go to high court in Meru. With an option for court of appeal in Nyeri. Question is how did the meru MCAs manage to carry on the impeachment motion to the Senate when the court had issued a court order No. 5 stopping the impeachment? Kawira said she had filed a contempt of court order against the county assembly for revoking the impeachment order No. 5 and re-running another impeachment No.6 two days later. This is gross misconduct.
