Things we learned today: 1) If you steal classified documents over a period of decades, just hand them back once you’re caught, no harm/no foul 2) It’s okay to share classified documents with your ghost writer and destroy evidence once caught 3) If you steal classified documents, a faulty memory is a get out of jail free card 4) Prosecutors are clairvoyant and have the ability to read jurors’ minds and predict their verdicts, even before a jury is even chosen or a single bit of evidence is presented in a courtroom.

Don't speculate what you think a jury will do. Present the facts to the jury and let them decide. Trust the jury to do their duty
