@@mosestekper7659 lol nope that not how it works. Supreme Court does not interpret the law how they see fit. They must enforce it. Laws are made by the the legislature, supreme court judges are supposed to follow it. They must interpret it as written, not by their own validation
@@mosestekper7659, but it cannot interfer in their operations. To interpret the constitution is different from ordering parliament to do as it pleases.
Something that is very clear to the common sense and by law why should we depend on the supreme Court to give interpretation to it those corrupt judges who believe them
And Gertrude becomes Akuffo Addo's remote controller.....well who will implement the SC ruling? Let the new majority repel Elevy before enforcing the useless SC ruling. A ruling on the blindside of others yet anchored on the principle of representation and giving people hearing. Gertrude only gets rude with the law once her job is on the line
The parliament of Ghana should assert its autonomy and powers hy nixing such obnoxiously corrupt intrusions by a compromised judiciary. The interpretation of your constitution is not rocket science and the fact that some unelected men and women in robe bask in their own autonomy but will choose to dictate to the legislative arm of government is repugnant and unconstitutional. Fact that a member of one party can preemptively truncate an unannounced and impending ruling by a speaker of your legislative body by an ex parte in a hushed hearing is indicative of a hatchet job to demean the powers of the speaker and the legislature. Once you succumb to such subversionist threat, you are doomed. The speaker should stand his ground.
I believe you bro. The NPP is really really corrupt.. They're ready to jeopardize every institution to make this agenda happen. A very clear we're just witnessing. It's So sad
