Breaking Singlespeeds at Goat Hill with Charlie Beal

Charlie's a great human person. I am SOOO glad your frame didn't break -- held my breath for a second when you were shaking the back wheel. Now I really want to go SSing!

LOVE Goat Hill, might be top of our list for close-to-home trails. Our go to loop is PK&C > Reload > Greenway > Bone Spur > Green Way > Reload > Wind Up > Billy Goat > Down and Out. And then an extra lap back up for Down and Out if the legs are up for it!

Charlie is a super nice guy, and an amazing rider. Just a good dude all around in my opinion.

That craggy thing from 8:06 isn't used much. At one time that was the only trail in there other than the tow path.

I absolutely love this place if you ride it right the climbs aren’t so bad and the flow down is rewarding I ran into a guy riding up round up on a unicycle with an aggressive tire

I have three Rohloff bikes, heavy, yes, but no derailleur....I like tech, steep climbs...yesterday, 3100ft in the first 11 miles...

Rad. There are plenty of great blue trails in Sedona. I have yet to ride SS, but have ridden hardtail once or twice. I’m curious which trail/trails he rode in Flagstaff.
