Military Draft Passed By Congress: Almost all male US citizens and immigrants between 18 and 25. It doesn’t matter if you’re planning on joining the military or not - if you fit that description, Uncle Sam wants your name on the list. There are a few exceptions to the rule. You can apply for an exemption if you’re a conscientious objector who morally or religiously opposes war. Transgender individuals are also exempt since the military still goes by your sex assigned at birth for draft purposes.

Need to include women. MILLIONS have already served, still serve in the Armed Forces. Men are supposed to register at 18 anyway, that's been law for decades.
