My ex-girlfriend broke up with me almost a year ago. It's hard when you are with someone for a long time. I was with her for almost 4 years. Then, out of the blue, without any warning, she, my ex-girlfriend, just breaks up with me. I did everything I could to be the best man to her since the beginning. But, I wouldn't never force her to stay. She is her own women, she can do whatever she wants. A few of my friends have asked me if I would ever take her back? I said to my friends, I would never take her back. She broke my heart. So right now, I focus on my work and building my own projects.

I just got over a heartbreak (2 months ago from my ex-bestie, but yeah, it feels the same), I get you. And you’re worth it and you’re enough okay? Stay strong! Love you! 8:17 also, I’d say, I’d still go to that place to relive memories and cry out everything because remember, crying and missing them is part of the healing process. But then after the crying sesh, you’d have such a beautiful feeling and feel like taking so much care for yourself. So I’d do that and then I’ll probably heal and remove anything I got from them that was not doing well to me, reflect a few times and then jump into conclusions (basically become a court, it’s overwhelming af so don’t try this one at home if you don’t wanna, but it helps) and then I’d go to the same place to see how it feels.

I wasn't in any relationship but moving on from some toxic memories are all the experience I have, moving in is such a haunting thought but we must accept that we have outgrown our past self and focus on the present, focus on things that make you feel happy like the memories you cherish and be self aware about yourself okay, darling heart break happen but life doesn't it comes within you. For example, have a fun girls' night out in a restaurant you used to visit with your ex, so you could associate it with positive times. At first, it's natural for everything to remind you of him, since he's been on your mind for so long that your life became intertwined with his, but you can treat the moving on process like getting rid of an addiction/ obsession. By filling your life with new hobbies, spending time with your family and friends, and making time for personal growth, you'll eventually stop feeling his absence in your life as strongly and start focusing on the presence of endless possibilities. I'm really sorry for your breakup, sure you both are young, and it can happen, but it seemed unlikely. I never went through a real breakup but had a few nasty delusions (luckily at the dating stage): the best advice I can give you about the places you used to go to with your ex (and you'll probably see him there in the future) is starting creating new and fun memories in them with your friends and family (like going to your favourite places with your mum while she's with you, going there with friends on Fridays, Saturdays or for special occasions ecc...). On top of everything, should you meet your ex there or anywhere, remind yourself that no matter how much you loved him or how bad it hurts, he didn't want a future with you, and you are such a gem that doesn't deserve to be anyone's second choice and deserve someone who's crazy about you, appreciate you and wants a future with you. I'm glad he's trying to make the moving process easier for you and that he supported you.
I'm sorry for your lose faye.. I know how it feels to lose someone who closed to us.. This is the first time I'm talking someone about it... I'm 18 now. My brother who is 11 years older than me, is too closed to my heart... may be it's just because I don't have any friends or I don't know any thing about out world or love relationship...but he was just like my super hero.. Then he found his love of life and moved out... my parents was kind a against to his choices... After that I found his worst side, I mean I saw him as a completely different person the way he talked and reacted towards me. I was just shocked.. I'm still asking myself what did I wrong... after that day, he stopped talking with me and contacting me.. I has been 4 years but I still miss him everyday single day.
