Within the last 24 hours, courts in Georgia, Alabama and Nebraska have all issued court rulings in favor of voters and smooth elections. In Georgia, a judge blocked a new ballot hand counting rule passed by the State Election Board. A federal judge in Alabama blocked a voter purge program and in Nebraska, the state Supreme Court affirmed the voting rights of people with felony convictions. Marc Elias and Paige Moskowitz explain.
