Join me as I head to Brean Theme Park for the first time in two years! In this vlog I check out all of the different changes at the park since my previous visit, including the relocation of many different rides and lots of TLC taking place throughout the park. Along with that I check out the current ride offering and take a look at the construction taking place on the Bulldog Coaster! There's also highlights from a fantastic firework display to mark the end of the summer season!

Man. It's super unfortunate that a lot of UK theme parks that once allowed on ride filming, aren't anymore. Now it just gives people a reason to sneak on ride filming causing more injuries, which is probably the reason they took it away to begin with. Parks should really encourage safe filming like Busch gardens it makes the vlogs twice as good.

That footage of Terror Castle around 20:58 got me all excited for autumn/winter and especially Hyde Park Winter Wonderland - rides like that look amazing in the dark. 😊👍

I will agree it looks great doesn’t it. I remember going on this when it first opened. I was shocked how amazing it was inside. Yeah it needs a little TLC and some new props but it’s still at a high standard compared to other ghost trains

This was an incredible vlog, Brean’s most definitely has got so much more of interesting exciting elements to Brean, although I’ve never actually been to this place of interest for theme park enthusiasts. Thank You for showing what this park has to offer including summing up an amazing day with a fireworks display above the rides which does this park justice, your a natural capturing top quality combinations cooperating into your vlogs well done these are definitely worth watching these vlogs are totally addictive as I’ve officially caught up with a super TPWW binge lol 😂 great vlogs cheers Shawn

Really enjoy watching Shawn's visits to theme parks around the World. A big fave Shawn has visited in April 2022 is Wiener Prata...I have to go there! My family used to go to Blackpool every year for a holiday week & I miss the "fairground" (as we used to call it then) at Blackpool & at Butlins Filey (another family childhood trip - now gone). Now I live in Australia, I would love to see you & Charlotte visit Queensland Australia theme parks soon.

Went to light water valley last weekend with a 2 and 1 year old based on seeing your video, changed a load since I was last there when I was a kid. He couldn’t go on every thing but still plenty that he could. Had a great day out the parks well looked after now

I've Might Go To Brean Theme Park This Year Which Is The Home Of Sooty. Thanks A Lot Theme Park History Mate. PS I've Used To Love Watching The Sooty Show The Original Series And Sooty And Co When I Was A Kid And Since Then I'm A Huge Sooty Fan.

That’s a shame for on ride footage. I’ve been lucky to visit this park once and particularly wanted to ride the ghost train as was featured on Sooty but didn’t wish to go alone, so missed out. Great park overall!

I first went last year in 2021. I was staying on site so we got a discount for the wristbands, it was a fun few hours. Definitely open to going again in the future. The swimming pool opposite the park is quite good as well, got a few slides (inside and outside) which are fun.

Had a fun visit to Brean this month on the way back from when I met you on Bounce at Oakwood. The park looks tidy but Magic Mouse is pretty sketchy still - loads of exposed wiring beside the station and the ride op had to come out and push me round after I got stuck! The card payment system is nice, hopefully they'll be able to invest to bring their older rides up to standard soon

How fantastic were the fireworks! It looked like everyone was having an epic time. I don't think the prices for the wristbands are bad. Looks like it would be worth it for the amount of rides that the park has.

Such a lucky person we live local and paid a visit about a month ago and 9 main rides were not working but they were still charging full price for wristbands , I would not mind but they did not say anything online and only when we got to the pay booth they mentioned it and at that time it was too late to turn the kids away and not go in

We were there a few weeks ago and most of the larger rides were closed. No info till we had bought tickets at £30. Wasn’t happy but no one seemed to understand our gripe.

Any chance you will be visiting uckfield's Stevens funfair. It's not too far from Brighton and they have some good rides. It's on for the whole weekend including Friday. Best ot come on the Saturday for the carnival

@@ThemeParkWorldwide from what I can see there is a booster, dodgems, Miami, pendulum, idk what coaster model but I think it is a go gator, ghost Train and a twister. The fair is in the field behind Tesco. I do believe there will be fireworks on the carnival night which will be in the field next to Tesco but you can see from the car park

I understand the no camera rule however I would have thought from a marketing and publicity aspect provision for a professional RU-vidr with appropriate, official manufacturers camera chest harness etc. could be made. I do wonder how the current energy pricing is going to effect future admission charges to theme parks bearing in mind the complexes run on vast amounts of Kw hours of electricity which as we all know the cost is currently rising at 210%. This is effecting the whole hospitality, food and drink and leisure industry and will be interesting how the Theme Parks adapt.

The Orbiter is one of my favorite fair rides! How intense was this one? Did you feel pressure in your head with this one? It looked like they had that one at max speed or close to max speed.

@@ThemeParkWorldwide I had one max speed cycle at the local fair that actually started causing a blackout of my vision and left me with a nasty headache and actually caused a premature ride start because one of the other riders wasn't doing well and had to be helped off the ride before the ride op resumed the ride for the rest of us after asking if anyone else needed to exit the ride and one other group did so. I don't regret telling the ride op to crank it up max speed just for the ability to say that I did experience that though I do feel bad for the people who had to get off early because of the intensity.
