I had an amazing surgeon. Granted, I have had numbness and cording but it has subsided over the last month and a half. Physical therapy is key and not just doing what you are told to do. I work my arm through out the day and research other exercises to see if they work better for me. I do notice that I get more zingers after I have gone to PT. Part of the healing process…. Best of luck to all who have come to watch this video. This is not an easy or fast process.

I had a breast mastectomy and reconstruction due to breast cancer. My last major surgery was a year ago and I still feel a lot of pressure and uncomfortness with every move I make. I had months of physical therapy and it did not help much. I'm taking vitamin E and it helps a little. What would be your suggestion doctor? It's really really bothering me. 🙏🙏 Do you think acupuncture would help? Thank you for your help!

Unilateral mastectomy in 2020. No reconstruction. Massive nerve pain. Tried PT. Tried gabapentin. Neither worked. I finally got relief through Lyrica.

Nothing ever worked for me incl lyrica. Ive suffered so much nerve pain after 2 operations to joints that im choosing to die rather than risk a mastectomy which might or would introduce similar permanent nerve pain into more of my body. Im hoping my DCIS stage 0 will get worse slowly. Im having the new precancerous tissue removed as more grew 2yrs later even after radiation.
