you should have used the ancient shield to block all 60 guardian blasts. you don't have to hit the party button with that shield, it automatically hits it back. that would have looked awesome with 60 blasts at once.

In the end, the Guardian Army hit Link and Vanilla with a few lasers, leaving Vanilla vulnerable for an attack. A Guardian squished Vanilla before the brave horse died a warriors death when a Guardian hit Vanilla for a final blow. Vanilla will always be in our hearts, and will be remembered as the Savior of Hyrule who sacrificed themselves for Link. Link avenged his horse's death by unlocking the true potential of his bow, creating vortexes which in turn imploded the Guardian Army. A war has been won today. But a great horse's life was taken in the process. The Guardian Army knows not to mess with Hyrule again. Vanilla will watch over us all from the after life, where Vanilla will do it's best to keep the Guardian Army from attacking again. Meanwhile, Link has set off on his journey to the Horse God to revive Vanilla. It will be a perilous journey, but it will be worth it to bring back Vanilla. So never fear when you are in trouble. i havent played this yet, but watching a dude fire arrrows that create singularitys and explosions and lasers flashing up into the sky makes it seem definitely worth it. even Vanilla probably felt valiant and badass in his final moments. (or on fire, he probably felt on fire, but was still cool)
