FATT RULES! I love that t-shirt mostly because it reminds me of the most beautiful days in FATT festival. But it is also a cool T-shirt. Many thanks!!!

Super nice mate. I was making didges back in Australia and developed a horizontal boring machine... More rudimentary that what you have here. But I started out with 32mm spade bits. Then moved onto an enlarged and modified gun bore drill bit... Also 32 mm. I had a 4 pole electric motor geared down to 300rpm forward and reverse switch then I would wind that in with a chain and sprocket set-up.. (I LOVE you gear set up.) the gun drill is hollow so I would blow air down the middle and all the shavings would blow out the hole that had been drilled (and cover me). With this new gun drill set up I could drill 1.5m in about 15mins in 100 year old ironbark from an ancient set of stockyards ... It was awesome and because the tip was tungsten it stayed sharp for eons.... Really nice work Du. Hats off mate and keep it up.

Wow man, that is incredible comment! Is it possible to see your didges online? My old drilling machine also had chain and a sprocket. I was thinking for a long time about gundrilling, but some things were left a bit unclear to me. Could you please contact me at doodeaux@gmail.com? Thanks!

Hi Dubravko! What is the key of the didge in this video and the wood type? Can you recommend a master or a store to buy a decent instrument for a medium+ player with a will to invest and go advanced?

Just learning the toots but I have three didges now so I got to remember where the toots are on each. Thanks for the tootorials! They are helping me alot but I still cant get that drum sound?
@DuendeDidgeridoo
@DuendeDidgeridoo 4 года назад
You're brutally welcome! The drum sound is a more delicate technique in terms of positioning and pressure, and demands higher power, so it is not unusual that one works and the other still doesn't. But don't give up, it will!
