BREATHTAKING CENOTES in the RIVIERA MAYA

We're discovering some absolutely breathtaking cenotes and the astonishing Coba Ruins in today's Tulum vlog.
►Learn Spanish like us! www.rocketlanguages.com/spani...
If you want to really discover Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya area surrounding Cancun, we highly recommend taking this incredible trip to the ancient Mayan Coba ruins. From there, it's just a short drive to these three nearby cenotes.
The entry fee to get into Coba is 70 pesos per person but you should plan on renting bikes to get around the massive Mayan grounds which are 50 pesos per bike. The entry fee for these cenotes is 55 pesos per person per cenote.
If you’ve never been to a cenote, these three near Coba are a wonderful place to start! Not all cenotes are underground like this, in fact, the most popular Playa Del Carmen and Cancun Cenotes are above ground. Still beautiful nonetheless, but nothing compares to venturing deep into the ground near Tulum Mexico to unmask the crystal clear blue/green cenote water below!
Taking a dip into these brisk waters is a little bit of a shock at first, but these cenotes near Playa Del Carmen are probably our best experience on the Yucatan Peninsula to date! It’s not just bikinis and beautiful women in this Playa Del Carmen vlog (although there is plenty of that). Prepare yourself for some of the most gorgeous nature you’ve ever seen with some Quintana Roo cenotes in today’s Mexico travel vlog.

Glad to see you liked Coba! We went there about 5 years ago with our kids and they LOVED it. They still talk about the time they rode bikes through the jungle and climbed the temple. I remember holding on to them closely at the top! The trip down is no joke either, had to take it slow....VERY steep. Enjoy the rest of your time in the Riviera Maya! We're heading down there at the end of next week, so it is timely info! Saludos!

Hello guys, I’ve got hooked by your videos about Mexico, I just came back from living in east Europe and Canada (6&6 months) and I can’t believe how I missed my country the weather, food ... and welcoming people are something that you can’t find so easy around the globe. Videos like yours make also Mexicans appreciate what we have. Also I was thinking maybe could be nice if you offered promotion videos to hotels in touristic places in Mexico, they would be probably interested in being watched by your American followers, buena suerte 👍

I just came from Tulum this past weekend. I was there for 3 days and I must say it was amazing. I am planning a trip back because I was unable to go to Coba and these 3 Cenotes in your video. I did make it to 3 others that were amazing close to Chitzen Itza. Witch I also did not make it too due to time. I just joined your channel and will be checking out more of your videos. Keep up the great work 👍🏼🤙🏼

My favourite part of Mexico is the Cenotes! I enjoy the open air ones best. The cave ones are a bit creepy when you look down and see huge boulders. You really should pick up a book on the history of Coba or just go on line. You are missing a lot of interesting information that I think would have made your visit to the site even more interesting . Great deal on your cab 🚕

So glad you are enjoying Tulum. (We have a Villa locates in. Aldea Zama). La Querida is one of our favorites (which is located on our favorite street) Kibok is also on that street and has good coffee and breakfast. That VW used to be in front of the restaurant and they ran the sugar cane through the machine in the VW. Some sort of restrictions by Tulum made them have to remove from the outside. Looks like you are ha omg a great time! Thanks for the video 👍👍

Back in 2010 my brother and a few cousins and I went to the same pyramid area. We climbed that same high one and right near the top where the rope ended I had a huge panic attack when seeing how high I was. I was crying and hyperventilating, strangers were handing me water. I refused to move, they even called the cops lol. I eventually calmed down and made it to the flat top surface, I climbed down on my butt step by step. That pyramid is seriously high, I mean it looks like from the bottom but once you're up there its a whole other ball game. We also went to the same 2nd cenote you guys went to in this video and my brother also jumped from that high platform and busted his lip pretty bad when landing from the pressure of connecting with the water. I'll be going again this August and hope to visit some of the places you list. Thanks for being you!

We climbed the highest part of Coba after our tour guide told us to "go ahead", waving us on. Halfway up the rain started, which turned into an epic downpour and then high winds as we reached the top. Crazy fun but so dangerous. We were trapped at the top until the storm dissipated. Scary as hell...but fun!

the white roads or "Sac-be" in mayan, used to be built with lime which is white so that the messengers and anyone walking on it at night could see the road well even if there was no moon out. The "thing" at 6:38 is a stella; basically a sculpture where the mayans wrote messages for everyone or represented important people or events. In Copan Honduras they have the best preserved, and largest number of mayan stellae. I recommend visiting Copan. The town is also very beautiful. thank you for posting these videos guys!! I am a teacher in El Paso Tx. and my first summer off, back in 2007 , I flew to the Yucatan peninsula and immersed myself in mayan culture which I had wanted to do for a long time. There are so many ruins and pyramids and other sites of interest there, including many ruins which are abandoned and no one takes care of them, sadly.

Been to Cancun, cozumel and playa del Carmen, but not to Tolum so this is nice to see because I feel like I'm traveling along with u both, when in Cancun I did experience excaret, climed up the mayan pyramids and visited 1 of the cenotes but did not go in because I'm not the best swimmers ever so I didn't dare, tho they are breath taking to see.

I know well how high that jump is cos I was there years ago. You were lucky in a way that you didn't damage your ears and went deaf like someone I met when he jumped off that high into the water. He was very tall so heavy and went very deep and quickly into the waters. greetings! ... you both make me feel alive with this video and I hope one day I will be coming back there again.
