Tip: if your foal is born and you’re not sure if it will either lighten or darken, if the inner parts of the legs are lighter, it will most likely lighten. If the inner parts of the legs are _darker_ , then it will most likely darken.

the horses are not "randomized" because all the horses (even custom creations) have hidden genes and the game sometimes goes for them, so when you breed you should look for hidden genes too. Hope this helps

a good tip for telling the difference between a grey and 'true white' horse is the nose, if its dark then the horse is a grey, if its pink then the horse is white, this also applies to the skin around the eyes!!

So you’re breeding all grey horses and get a bay. It’s most likely because the parents genes were G/g and G/g. Which has a small chance to produce a g/g which is a none grey horse, like the bay. If more details are needed just tell me.

You should check the hidden genes.. Thats where the brown came from.. I was breeding white horses and got a black one.. The sire had a black hidden coat gene.. Love your red dead vids

Pure white horses do exist! They have white hair and pink skin, compared to a white coat and grey/black skin, which would make them a grey. Cremello horses are palomino coats on pink skin (:

TIP:the spotted horses like winged are leopard appaloosas because they have smaller but fewer spots and they are normally always a white base coat with brown, black ect spots all over them

LOVE your vids. I got desktop and for christmas I got the game they play so different. I keep getting horses I LOVE an have to sell so I just create them in the hub lol. I have watched a lot of breeding vids from you and ladyrangergamer who I both love (I dont know if you know her) and a few other vids were people use horse that are not related. But I have breed daughter to son son to mom, granmother to grandson and got some really cool colors or the colors that are hard to get. people in real life do this for health and genetic reasons to better the breed. (not all breeders but some depending on goals and depending on health) I dont do it all the time but I play around on the game to see what I get vrs non related. Colors that are hard to get when line breeding as its called are easier to get then when not. strange how that works in the game. also my fav horse is sporkal I hope I spelled that right. You can say Mare Squad lol like they had the suicide Squad you can have the white Mare Squad lol. I would like to see the black horses line as others have said black is the hardest color to get.

I do this all the time. White horses, when i breed i use the cremello's. Also, you can go to there hidden genes. Browns, greys, and many more colors will appear.[Cremello's also come alot t] hopefully that info helps!!!

you should try to breed all pure black horses next! (no white markings on the face or legs )

Even in real life, horses too have hidden (recessive) genes. An example is the famous pinto thoroughbred Modern Society for example. It is a mix of odds and lineage that determine a foal beside the parents. If a grand sir carried the white gene on the dad side and mom side and passed it to their offspring then it is more likely to carry white though it is more complicated than that and very interesting. But colors like Bay and Black are dominant so they are more likely.

It really depends on the horses genes wether its grey, bay, black, cremello or anything the coat pattern is based on the dam and sire and there ancestors:D

I know I'm 1 year late but "White" horses do exist. They are extremely rare and usually look similar to greys however greys have black skin and white horses have pink skin like cremellos. White horses look like cremellos but have brown eyes instead of blue. Correct me if any info is incorrect but yes white ponies do exist but are extremely unlikely to be bred. ❤❤

Horses that are grey will carry the G/g or G/G gene. G/g has a 50% chance of giving his grey gene to the offspring. While G/G will 100% distribute his grey gene. G/g mare + G/g stallion: - G/G Foal. - G/g Foal. - g/g Foal, otherwise known as non-grey. (Unfortunately RSHR doesn't have realistic genetics. D:)

I would like to understand how to breed for it. This color I find hardest. Paint, black, or any of the others i can build a blood line that will produce what I'm looking for the majority of the time. Even if I'm breeding to an outside stud. May mess mire with white in future. Pretty sure you need a number of cream/ double cream dilutions in the family tree. Just not super lucky with getting that. Hoping to see the gene history in your vid a little later on

it all depends on pedigree. if the father or mother of either horses is brown, the foal could become a brown

It is due to the hidden Gene's. If both parents have for example hidden brown Gene's but look white, it is most likely that the foal will have just the brown colour which can be annoying but interesting when they are born 😊
