Neon tetra should be one of the most common characins we see in the aquarium hobby. Although all neon tetras on the market are artificially bred,
most aquarists don't know how to breed them. Because the breeding process is troublesome, the newly hatched fry are extremely small, and it takes a lot of patience to raise them.
Today I'm just showing you how to easily breed them in small plastic jars. I used to breed neon tetras a lot by using this method. But it is best not to try the cardinal tetras in this way because the cardinal tetra is much wilder than the neons, they will feel very stressed in such a small container, and it will easily cause their death.
Although no fry hatched this time, I received eggs in both attempts. I think the main problem with this failure was not having the right male. I will repurchase some suitable
ones to continue this project, and you are welcome to follow my future updates.
