You can look and see every coat the game has in collection I believe, instead of guessing because the game doesn't follow genetics that much. It's just a chance for your horse to pass a rare marking or color and then they randomize it sometimes for a surprise. Like the frost coat( blue horse)

WildShade is one of my favorite Horse Games! Btw, on Mobils for me it is able to show the horses real self- I don't know why it doesn't work for you! Great Video! :)

You can change the names of the horses by going onto their passport and up by their name there is a symbol click on that and there is lots of name choices
