I bought a gold one and a white one like one of the ones you showed, and now I'm seeing nearly microscopic baby snails pop up in the tank, the 2 even have a designated breeding area under a big shell canopy set up in the tank lol. They're super cool to watch.

I've never had any luck hatching mystery snails but you're def inspiring me to get some. Those tanks look awesome that's so many snails! lol

Hey found your video after researching mystery snail breeding, my tank is heavily planted and VERY stable, c02, ph of 6.8, lots of floating plants too. They actively eat perfectly healthy salvinia Natans and my salvinia minima. They leave the red root floaters and every other plant alone, fortunately my salvinias grow faster than they can eat it so it stays balanced but they basically ignore the Hikari algae Wafers i feed the tank (its a community with other algea eaters)

I've always had mystery snails (apple snail family) which always laid clutches at tank top but never hatched. Just bought 3 and within 3 weeks, baby snails everywhere. Assumed I had invasive snails brought into tank as I never saw clutch, however after cleaning out some of my thick valisneria, I saw a small clutch fall to bottom of tank! They must have laid them on top of the floating val.

I’ve got a small fountain in my pond, one of my mystery snails keeps taking a ride and yeeting itself into the air before landing back in the pond. It does it over and over I kid you not.

I have a small question, I have three mystery snails. Ones a baby. And the other two have been doing THAT stuff. And I recently found lots of really really tiny snail looking things. I don’t know if there actual snail babies because I didn’t see any eggs and there so small. I did get a new plant but that was like just a little less than a month ago. So do you think there real babies or no? Because right after I found it a small disease is smth got in the water. So do u think there real snails?

Hey I agree, my mystery snails never eat my plants, they just eat the dead leaves. They are great at keeping my plants heavily actually. Which people have told me not to put them in with plants before.

I have 2 snails and 10shrimp in a 3gallon tank. I see one grouping of eggs as of right now from the ramshorn snail, when is too much too much for the tank? Since snails seem to breed pretty quickly. I’ve only had them for 5 days.

Hey you seem to know what you're doing, and google isn't helping me. If I just put a whole oyster shell in my tank, will that supply my various snails with calcium? Can they scrape some off? My bladder snails I THINK will crawl on each other and scrape trails into the shells of the bigger ones so I figure snails can scrape, is that the case?

Cichlids in your front yard? Wish my pet store came to me! The Burmese pythons though, I don't think my eardrums can withstand my wife and daughter both trying to burst them, I'd pass on that part!
