The Breguet Marine Big Date 5817ST/Y2/5V8 is encased in 39mm of stainless steel surrounding a blue dial on a blue rubber strap. Features include hours, minutes, seconds, and date. The watch also measures 11.9mm in thickness and 49.8mm from lug-to-lug.

jumboJetPilot if you tried on the bracelet you’d go back to the rubber. I’m a massive Marine fan but their bracelets are Seiko $200 bad. It’s the biggest flaw in their products. As soon as mine gets in I’m buying an aftermarket bracelet

High end brands do this often. It's to preserve the movement. Hard to find but always nice to find a non hacking!

@Mental Divergence Looks at it this way, the more often you slam on the breaks in your car - the more often you have to change your pads and rotors. Not having a hacking clutch means that the movement never actually comes to a dead stop which means less wear and tear.
