Great video. However, you really skipped over a major difference between the chronograph movements, and that is that while some Avenger versions use the tried and true ETA 7750 modular chronograph movement, others use the much more high-end in house movement... Breitling’s much vaunted B01... which features a column wheel actuation and a vertical clutch, 70 hour power reserve and much higher price. These movements have the subdials at 3-6-9, as opposed to 6-9-12 of the 7750 (B17). It’s considered one of the best in house integrated chronograph movements on the market. In fact, the shot of the exposed movement you presented IS the B01, and the column wheel is clearly visible in this pic. Otherwise, great video, excellent presentation and shots. I love the Avengers series and have owned many, many of them over the years. Despite my move up-market, I still love this original, unique and rugged design. Glad to see a video that focuses on this awesome line-up. Cheers!
@@torleifhedberghager283 That’s incorrect. The old ones all have modified ETA 7750 movements. The B01 movement was introduced relatively recently, in 2009.
@@rossdonison4999 you are several years late. They revamped the Avenger line and discontinued all B01 Avengers. Look it up on the site. A few Hurricane B01 can be found in some stores but it's a discontinued product since a year or so.
