Hi, my name's James Whitham and I'm down at Reactive Parts.
We're going to talk about a key part of any braking system which is these, the Brembo brake discs - 320, this fitment is for a Kawasaki ZX10. Why would you upgrade your discs from standard? Well firstly they are 5.5 mm thick on the rotors as opposed to 5 mm for standard bikes, so it's a little bit thicker and dissipates the heat better.
The material, there's a bigger coefficient of friction so it will stop your bike quicker and because it's thicker you'd think it weighs more - not so.
It's a lighter material, also the carrier, that's the gold part, that's a lot lighter so that is not only more efficient and better stopping power, but it's also lighter than standard and in fact these discs are the upgrade of choice for more Supersport and Superstock riders internationally and nationally.

rattle ? its normal

Yes, this is normal. HPK are floating disks which means the braking steel material, is not directly attached to the aluminium centre carriers, but is held in place by a series of "buttons" with clips. Very safe - so don't worry!

Hi yes - the "rattle" is the floating aspect of the disc. Allows expansion on the disc under extreme use without distortion
