This might be a stretch, but Gilda Radner’s performance kinda reminds me of Bebe Neuwirth’s voice in All Dogs Go to Heaven. It might be that having a girly dog with long ears and a high pitched soft voice is making you think of Neuwirth and her characters. That’s certainly the vibe I get from Brenda in Animalympics
