He's promised to get Celtic fans dreaming again and now Brendan Rodgers is looking forward to really kickstarting his second coming in Glasgow.
The Irishman was announced as Hoops boss earlier this week after powerbroker Dermot Desmond pulled out all the stops to get the man who controversially left in 2019 for Leicester City back to Scotland, while captain Callum McGregor jetted out for a Spanish lunch to help seal the deal. Now the scarf has been raised above the head and he has officially been unveiled in a Parkhead press conference.

Listen I’m a rangers man and have nothing but good things to say about Brendan,,,top coach top man,,,I just hope my team which will be a new full team can gel quickly enough because we must hit the ground running to try and get European money,,,I’ve said it for years rangers should try and copy Celtic as in my opinion are probably one of the best run clubs in Europe,,,as for next season can’t wait for the circus to begin again,,,that’s why we all love our clubs,,it’s a way of life

As a leicester lad. i wish him all the best, we had a couple of great seasons with him punching well above our weight...there are things i didnt like..but id have preferred a few of our over hyped players to have got the boot before rodgers...Good luck

Not commenting on BR's appointment as I'm not bothered, but they were divorced two years when that guy killed himself and she started seeing Bren. Don't remove context like that when talking about something so serious and labelling someone a scumbag on the back of it. You're being a tad harsh there.

Cheated on his family for a better looking woman ,left celtic for a better looking bank account... he is a man without loyalty.. the lad that killed himself got shafted , could be any of us , the lad thinks he has a woman to spend the rest of his life with , then she uses her looks to f--k off with some old rich powerful guy in work ...

@@Dr-Stu I’m not sure where you got that info from mine is from the papers, that suicide was linked to the affair. The affair started when he was appointed at Liverpool fc because that’s where she worked. My point is he’s into betraying for personal gains. Now he’s back at Celtic because his ego needs the job. He has no self respect 🤦🏾‍♂️ why would you want someone like that in charge of celtic club.
